so you wanna know why i named this log, "that's china!"?? because there are SOOOOOO many things that happens in china that makes absolutely NO sense whatsoever but you just have to cough it up to "that's china!". so, i'm back in china now....after going back to LA for 2 weeks. man do i miss the US! incident 1....i go to the bank to try to exchange US dollars that i have in my account into RMB (chinese money AKA Ren Men Bi) but i am actually not in the city that i received and signed for the $$. i get to the front of the line and the teller looks at the account and tries to do the exchange. she sees the money in the account and she works on it for about 5 mins....even calls her supervisor over....and after the 5 mins, turns to me and say "sorry, can't be done." i ask why? and the answer?...... "don't know why, it just can't be done." there you go....the profound answer from the teller. kill me....
